The RI-PH potting series inner-rotor frameless motors have achieved a key breakthrough in structural design: on the premise of not affecting magnetic flux density, the core yoke is optimized for thinning. Compared with the old RI series products, the thinning range of the yoke can be up to more than 30%, which better meets the compact installation needs of various mainstream embedded devices and collaborative robots.
The motor adopts a potting process, which significantly improves heat dissipation performance: it can maintain excellent performance when the ambient temperature does not exceed 85℃; even when the winding temperature reaches as high as 150℃, it can still output stably continuously, ensuring reliable operation under extreme conditions.
In addition, the electromagnetic part of the motor is well-designed, with both torque and power density increased by 25%. Moreover, it can maintain efficient and stable power output in multiple torque ranges, meeting the application needs of different load scenarios. At the same time, the motor integrates a Hall sensor and a temperature sensor, which can realize precise control of angle and temperature during operation. This not only improves the flexibility of customers' actual operations, but also fully ensures the long-term good operation of the motor.
