Product Description

The CubeMars W30 underwater thruster is a seawater-immersible propulsion system specifically engineered for harsh marine environments. Designed for high corrosion resistance, efficiency, and compactness, it features a magnet assembly protected by a specialized anti-corrosion coating and fully potted windings using encapsulation resin—enabling direct water cooling while maintaining stable performance.

All steel shafts and housing screws are made from high-grade stainless steel for superior resistance to saltwater corrosion. Unlike conventional bearings, the thruster employs imported self-lubricating bushings that activate upon water immersion, providing natural pressure resistance and enabling reliable operation at depths up to 200 meters.

The shroud is constructed from high-strength polycarbonate (PC) plastic, featuring an aerodynamically optimized streamline profile that maximizes thrust efficiency—delivering up to 7.7 kgf of forward pull.

This versatile thruster is suitable for a wide range of applications, including marine robots, autonomous/remote-operated vehicles (AUVs/ROVs), unmanned surface vessels (USVs), and electric surfboards.
