Please allow up to 5 business days for the receipt, testing, processing, and completion of your product return (RMA).
Return Policy and Guidelines
New and Unused Product
CubeMars
offers a 7-day return policy for all new, unopened products, starting
from the date the product(s) are delivered to the customer. Products
delivered after 7 days will not be eligible for return. Returns are not
accepted for products that have been opened, used, or damaged. CubeMars
does not refund the shipping costs for unwanted products (we recommend
selecting a tracked shipping method).
Motors
The
motors sold by CubeMars come with a 365-day warranty. If any issues
arise within 365 days, CubeMars will replace the defective product. If
the product is unavailable or discontinued, a store credit may be given.
Motors with physical damage, modifications, or signs of misuse will not
be eligible for store credit and will be disposed of.
Return process
Request returns or exchanges from a CubeMars representative online or via email at info@cubemars.com.
RETURN NOTICE
If
the return is due to the customer’s reason, you will be responsible for
the shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, clearance fees, and other
related costs for returning the unwanted products to China (we recommend
selecting a tracked shipping method). Additionally, you will be
responsible for the shipping fees from CubeMars to the customer’s
address.
If
the return is due to CubeMars (damaged or incorrect product received),
CubeMars will refund the cost of standard shipping once the item is
received. CubeMars will not refund expedited shipping fees (e.g.,
overnight, two-day shipping).
Please
allow 3-5 business days for processing once the order arrives at our
facility. Items that require extensive testing may take 7-14 business
days.
Once approved by a CubeMars representative, a replacement or store credit will be issued to the customer.
All returns and exchanges are at the discretion of CubeMars.

CubeMars

responsible for the shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, clearance
fees, and any other costs incurred when returning unwanted products to
China (we recommend selecting a tracked shipping method).
Return & Refund Service will not be provided where:
1.Damage
caused by incorrect testing, operation, maintenance, installation,
modification, or adjustment (except for shortening the connecting
wires);
2.Damage caused by unauthorized service providers;
3.Product
failure or damage resulting from incorrect installation not following
the instructions, leading to coil damage and further product damage;
4.Damage caused by natural disasters (floods, fires, earthquakes, lightning, typhoons, etc.) and force majeure;
5.Damage
caused by improper use, including but not limited to severe impacts,
compression, drops, liquid immersion, puncture by sharp objects, etc.;
6.Damage
caused by illegal or improper use, including damage caused by exceeding
the product’s intended use or improper handling;
7.Normal mechanical wear and tear caused by factors not related to the product’s quality;
8.Damage caused by exceeding the safety torque;
9.Damage occurring beyond the warranty period specified in the warranty terms;
10.Other faults or damage not related to the product’s design, technology, manufacturing, or quality issues.
RETURN & REFUND INSTRUCTIONS
If you wish to request a return and refund, please submit your request within 7 calendar days of receiving your product(s).
You can submit a request via email (info@cubemars.com) or submit a ticket through WHATSAPP / MESSENGER online.
We will review your return and refund request and contact you within 2 business days.
Note: Refund processing may be delayed during promotional periods.
Refund Time
Refunds
will be processed using the same payment method as the original
payment. The refund will be completed within 3-4 business days after
CubeMars receives the package.
Coupon and CubeMars store credit refunds
After
the order refund, coupons and CubeMars credits will be returned to your
account and can be used again within their validity period.
Bundle deals
For
bundled orders containing discounted products, the refund amount for
individual products in the bundle will be calculated and determined by
CubeMars.
RETURN SHIPPING
The
customer is responsible for any return shipping costs to the designated
service center (including cross-border and international shipping fees,
where applicable), unless the refund is due to a performance failure.
REPLACEMENT FREIGHT
CubeMars is responsible for the two-way shipping costs for any products sent for repair due to performance failure.
If
the return is due to the customer’s reason, the customer is responsible
for the shipping costs. The specific fees will be determined based on
the courier service you choose.
If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our fault, the customer will not be responsible for the shipping costs.
