The RI Series Frameless Inrunner Torque Motor achieve a high slot fill factor through optimized electromagnetic design, delivering powerful performance. Without traditional housings and end caps, they only retain the core components of stators and rotors. Their volume is reduced by more than 30% compared to framed motors of the same power, enabling embedded installation inside equipment. They are particularly suitable for space-constrained scenarios such as robotic joints and precision rotating platforms.
The rotor can be rigidly connected directly to loads (e.g., rotating shafts, turntables), eliminating intermediate transmission parts like gears and belts. This avoids transmission losses and precision degradation, with power transmission efficiency reaching over 95%. Meanwhile, it reduces component wear and lowers maintenance requirements.
The stator adopts a modular design, allowing customization of installation dimensions and fixing methods according to equipment needs. The rotor supports matching with different load shaft diameters, requiring no additional adaptive structures, thus enabling quick integration into the transmission systems of various devices.
The overall height of the rotor is increased by 2mm, which facilitates alignment with Hall sensors during Hall sensor installation, thereby achieving precise control.
