1. Do You Ship to My Country?
Typically, we ship globally, except in special circumstances.
2. How Much Does the Shipping Cost?
For regular areas, we offer free shipping for orders over $200.
For orders between $100 and $199.99, the shipping fee is $20.
For orders between $1 and $99.99, the shipping fee is $30.
For remote areas, we offer free shipping for orders over $1000.
For orders between $500 and $999.99, the shipping fee is $30.
For orders between $1 and $499.99, the shipping fee is $40.
Shipments are made via UPS/DHL; customers are required to assist with customs clearance according to each country’s regulations.
3. How Long Will It Take to Receive My Order?
Typically, order processing takes 1-5 business days, and delivery time is 7-15 business days, occasional delays may occur during peak seasons. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at info@cubemars.com.
Please note that processing time is not included in the shipping time.
4. How Can I Track My Order?
You can track your order through the user management portal on store.cubemars.com once your order is ready for shipment. Additionally, you can also reach out to us via email, WhatsApp, or Messenger to inquire about your order status.
5. What If The Parcel Has Been Delivered to a Wrong Address?
The shipment will be delivered to the address provided at checkout. CubeMars is not responsible for any inaccuracies in the shipping address entered by the customer during checkout. Any additional shipping costs incurred due to incorrect addresses may be passed on to the customer. Please note that failing to provide a valid street address may result in delays in your shipment.
