The SW7 Underwater Thruster features a compact size yet powerful performance. It delivers sufficient thrust even in limited installation spaces, enabling high-speed movement, with a maximum mooring thrust of ≥7 kgf. Its stable power output makes it compatible with a variety of equipment. Designed specifically for unmanned boats and handheld thrusters, it supports underwater navigation within a depth range of 0-30 meters.
Adopting a closed structural design and manufactured via alloy precision casting, all key components of the thruster are enclosed inside a sealed housing. This effectively blocks the intrusion of sediments and other foreign objects, prevents component damage, and allows adaptation to complex and variable underwater working conditions. Meanwhile, it meets the core application requirements of long service life, strong corrosion resistance, and maintenance-free operation, reducing long-term usage costs.
To address heat generation during operation, the thruster is filled with high-efficiency thermal conductive materials internally. This enables the thruster to dissipate heat rapidly through water immersion, ensuring it maintains a stable temperature during operation and achieves efficient, continuous performance.
The thruster body adopts a streamlined design. For high-speed application scenarios, a customized drag-reducing cone can be provided independently to meet personalized needs.
The SW7 thrusters' sealed casings are sturdy and durable, with a maximum operating depth of 30 meters and a maximum bollard thrust ≥ 7kgf, making them suitable for various levels of ROVs, unmanned boats, surfboards, and other surface and underwater applications.
