▎After-Sale Service Policy
Our CubeMars products are strictly tested and qualified before leaving the factory, so if there is a need to return to the factory for repair or replacement parts under the premise of non-quality defects, we can provide paid services for the following cases
1, Beyond the warranty period agreed upon in the following warranty terms.
2, Not in accordance with the requirements of the instructions, Product malfunction or damage caused by incorrect installation and subsequent damage to the coil, resulting in product damage and destruction.
3, Damage caused by incorrect testing, operation, maintenance, installation, modification or adjustment (except for shortening of connection wires).
4, Normal mechanical wear and tear caused by non-product quality problems itself.
5, Damage caused by use under abnormal conditions, including but not limited to violent impact, extrusion, drop, liquid immersion, damage by sharp objects, etc..
6, Damage caused by natural disasters (floods, fires, earthquakes, lightning strikes, typhoons, etc.) and irresistible external forces.
7, Damage and destruction caused by illegal and unlawful use; damage and destruction caused by exceeding the scope of use of the product or improper use.
8, More than the safe torque use caused by damage.
9, Other than the product itself design, technology, manufacturing, quality and other issues caused by the failure and damage.
Within 7 days from the date of sale of this product, if the product is tested by our after-sales department to be defective in its own performance and has no scratches on its appearance, it can be replaced with a new product free of charge. 365 days after the product is tested by our after-sales department and confirmed to be defective in its own right (within the warranty), repair service can be provided free of charge (material costs are extra). The defective product replaced belongs to CubeMars. Non-faulty products, will be returned as is.
Warranty period: For users with valid proof of purchase, the warranty period is 365 days from the date of purchase (including the day of expiration, subject to the date of purchase indicated on the valid voucher); for users who cannot provide a valid proof of purchase, the warranty period is 90 days from the date of shipment (including the day of expiration).
1, the company only to provide the product after-sales service, due to human error, improper assembly parts failure causes the machine can not work properly, etc., by the company's after-sales department testing, such as the existence of the product quality problems provided by the company, the company bears the repair costs, but will not bear the repair costs of other parts of the machine damage (module drive board is a consumable, the customer needs to replace at their own expense maintenance).
2, for the performance does not meet the expected requirements and other non-product quality issues, we do not assume any responsibility for this, nor do we accept any form of exchange or return requests, nor do we assume responsibility for damages and injuries to users or third parties caused by improper use and installation of products or accessories, nor do we assume joint and several responsibility for direct or indirect bodily injury and property damage caused in any form.
