To meet market demands, we introduce the AKA60-6 planetary reduction module motor, which offers high radial load capacity and optimized design to provide better solutions for more applications, such as AGV carts and wheeled robots.
The AKA60-6 features a significant improvement in radial load capacity, with a maximum radial load of 18KG, a 52% increase compared to the AK60-6. This improvement results from a thoroughly optimized motor structure, which significantly enhances the module's ability to handle high radial loads and extends its service life, offering users more stable and reliable power support.
Addressing the pain points of traditional module motors, such as inconvenient plugging and unplugging and vulnerable signal plugs, the AKA60-6 is equipped with a new 2+5PIN plug. This plug integrates the power and signal lines and uses M2 screws for secure fixation, making it durable, easy to use, and reducing maintenance frequency, providing a smoother user experience.
The AKA60-6 driver module supports open current loop parameter settings and serial port baud rate adjustments, along with a one-click motor parameter recognition feature. Users can update the selected motor through the upper computer without importing firmware, significantly simplifying the debugging process and improving operational efficiency.
