How to upload the firmware on the V3.0 upper computer


1.Select the corresponding firmware from the drop-down list.

2. Click "Jump to lAP."

3. Click "Upload" and wait for the upgrade progress bar to reach 100%.

4. Click "jump to App," wait for 5 seconds, the motor enters the operating mode, and the firmware update is complete.



How to calibrate-V3.0 upper computer


STEP 0:

Ensure that the motor's power supply is stable, the connectors are properly connected, and

successfully connected to the upper computer, then enter the system settings page.


STEP 1:

Click "Read" and wait for the connection interface to display.【CONNECTION】【APP configuration updated】


STEP 2:

Click "Motor ldentification", after a brief beep【CONNECTION】【FOC Detection Result Receive】;the motor will start rotating.Wait for about 10seconds before the motor stops rotating.【CONNECTION】【KP KI and Observer Gain Application】When the display appears, it indicates that the motor parameter identification process is complete.


STEP 3:

Click "Encoder ldentification", the motor will rotate slowly. Wait for about 45 seconds, and when the connection interface display is complete 【CONNECTION】【Encoder Parameters Applied】the encoder parameter identification is finished.


STEP 4:

Click "Write", and when the interface display is complete 【CONNECTION】【App Configuration Updated】 the calibration is finished.


Notice: The entire process of motor parameter and encoder parameter identification should be kept under no-load conditions; otherwise, it may lead to inaccurate identification parameters or motor damage. The encoder parameter identification process generates heat, and performing this process consecutively multiple times can cause the motor temperature to rise sharply.
