CubeMars AK45-10 V3.0 robotic actuator integrates a brushless DC motor, planetary gearbox, and motor driver into a highly compact all-in-one module for easy installation and system integration.

The unit features a 10:1 planetary gear reduction, delivering a balanced combination of torque output and dynamic response. It supports both SERVO and MIT hybrid control modes, with adaptive PID parameter identification for improved tuning performance. Built-in protection mechanisms including over-current, over-voltage/under-voltage, and over-temperature safeguards, ensure stable and reliable operation in demanding environments.

The design adopts an innovative dual-encoder architecture, simplifying mechanical structure while improving assembly efficiency and enhancing noise immunity for stable position sensing. Single-turn absolute position is retained even after power loss, enabling instant and accurate back on startup without the need for homing.
